Our regular cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and kitchens. We can also customize the service to fit your specific needs. Please visit our Services Page for a complete list.
Before we come in to clean, we offer on-site estimates free of charge. This will help us determine how long a clean will take, what supplies to bring, and how many Cleaners to schedule. From there, we provide a flat rate for the service. Add-ons are welcome, though we ask for advance notice to quote them accurately.
Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment, including vacuums and mops. We use standard, multipurpose household cleaners that are safe for nearly all surfaces. We do NOT use bleach. If you have any special requests, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
Most regular cleans average about 4 hours, depending on the size of your home. Deep cleans and move-in/out cleans can take between 6-8 hours.
It is completely up to you! We are happy to work around your family, or securely lock up when we're done. Your level of comfort is our top priority, and we will always work with your preferences.
Yes! We love pets, big and small. All of our employees are comfortable around dogs, cats, and other common animals. We do ask that reactive or aggressive pets are kept outside or kenneled while we work. This is for the safety of everyone involved.
We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule a clean. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If this requirement is not met, you will be billed 50% of the service total.
Yes, Obsessive Compulsive Cleaning is licensed and insured in Tennessee and Virginia.
Yes, all of our Cleaners are background checked before hiring. Our team has over 20 years of cleaning experience combined!
